What I have to say about this shopping center it's something that's lacking in Southern California and it would be a sense of community, haven't felt it or seen it in a couple Years and it feels good feels right so whatever the folks in this part of lake Forester doing... My hat is off to you!

Great huge shopping location, with all kind of markets including Costco and Walmart. Various types of restaurant including Del Taco and other restaurants, convenient and close to freeway. It also offers 2 different gas stations. It is close to Irvine Spectrum,. Place to visit

Actually that's my go to stores Ralphs right there and also you know they have a McDonald's there that I don't frequent a lot but at least it's convenient they also have a Taco Bell but they kind of dropped off in quality but it's think quality but I tell you what the Ralph's fun I know the people there been going there for so long they know me so it's kind of fun you know they helped me and then you find surgeries back surgeries and some of them were just just get your mental to my life and They they help me and that's their friendly I love they're friendly I love the store the manager's doing a good job and hes got some incredible workers like Liz and Jamie she's incredible with Liz Liz and there's a lot of good really great people that help you out and really go out to help customers and I just adore them.

Many of great local restaurants and experiences in this center. Super fast and friendly UPS store. You must eat at the iconic Biaggio's Italian restaurant and Our Place (local pub and fantastic food), Thai, Korean BBQ, Sushi, and other delicious restaurants and businesses. You cannot go wrong. Almost everything you need in one center! Parking is plenty and plenty of spots just a few steps away.

Amazing service from start to finish. If you want to feel like you are on “une rue à Paris”, this place won’t disappoint. Incredible latte, okay crêpes, but I would go back just to support them due to the service. Très bien!!

Some great small businesses here. There's Spicy Thai, Little Ferry Sushi (One of my favorites... Always a good place to hang and eat GREAT food), Italian and California Cuisine. Plus there's a wonderful family owned liquor store if you need some wine or beer to accentuate your to-go meal. It has a Tesla Charging Section and there's an Albertsons as well. Oh and an Auto Zone and a good Mexican food restaurant to boot!

Great experience at the Tesla Supercharger. We stopped by around 4:30 PM, so it was a bit busy at that time, but thankfully there was no wait for us. The station was clean, safe, convenient, and very easy to use. Charging was super fast and made our stop quick and efficient. Overall, another smooth and reliable Tesla charging experience!
